In my mid-20s with no college degree and working a shitty retail store job. I've worked over 6 different jobs at this point in my life but nothing that pays well or gives any solid experience. I wanna get out of this trap.

Tradesman? Electrician or plumber or carpenter types. Getting more money will make u feel a bit better but not much, because lookism will just hit u a lot harder

Skilled trade, STEM (which will probably require a degree), or an unpopular job (like a garbage man) that pays well because there's a stigma around it.
