How do I correct Ulnar Nerve Entrapment?

Any medschoolcels can help me out? Any high IQ gooks? I have tried ulnar nerve glides and other shit but with no success. I am beginning to have muscle contraptions in my hand because of this shit and constant tingling and numbness in 4th and 5th digit fingers. ((((((((((((
