I'm not trying to say they didn't happen before then, it's just that there seems to be a lot more of them now. They also get a shit ton of coverage (before fading away a few weeks later). The thing that confuses me the most is that back then no kid ever thought to take daddy's Tommy gun (which pretty much anyone could buy in the early 30s before the NFA happened) and go out and get the high score. I think Columbine was a big influence but at the same time I don't know why so many of these shooters look up to Harris (whos father was a glowie) and Klebold (who was a lanky kike).
