They are hygienic and better behaved than Indians. Indians are just feral and perverted so any achievement only acts against them because the people see their achievements as license for expansion and they don't want such feral people to expand into their territories. SEA gooks on the other hand allow their lands to be colonized by Europeans in the name of tourism so they're better tolerated.
