Both of these things are extremely difficult to deal with when poor, but there's no excuse with that amount of money.

If you don't gain any weight in a day you ate enough to fulfil the basal metabolic rate + other daily expenditure.
Then you eat below that amount of calories you'll lose weight.
If you have too much fat build-up losing weight won't help with that, you'll need liposuction.
