Jokes aside... well I don't know. To me the best way to talk to them is not to talk to them. If they were interested in me, they'd talk to me like they go up to Chad being all "teehee". Since they don't, I don't waste my time.

I don't go to the gym to hook up in the first place though, I just do it because it's somewhat fun and healthy. I have zero experience with that kind of stuff and I steer clear from gyms where thottery runs rampant.

I'm a frauding gymcel and am usually one of the biggest guys if not the biggest guy in there at any given time and I have never had a conversation with a woman in the gym in all the years I've been going. Actually I don't think I've ever had the opportunity to speak to them outside of a "excuse me" or "are you done on that?"
I have had a lot of time to observe other guys talking to them and they almost always know them outside of the gym, it's never an initial meeting.

Don't go to the gym as an incel. It's pure suicide fuel unless you like getting mogged. Just buy dumbells, a barbell w/ weight plates, and a bench (less than $250). You'll save more in the long run and won't have to plan your entire day around going to the gym.
