I feel really bad being fat

being in a caloric deficit , but that's too much work for me so i just get fat tho i'm still some how chronically underweight when eating a shit ton of slop

eat less and exercise regularly. For example, if your basal metabolic rate is 2,000 kcal, your daily calorie intake should be between 1,500 and 2,200 kcal. Then, you should try to be physically active—for instance, jogging 5 km may burn around 300 kcal. One kilogram of body fat is roughly equivalent to 7,700 kcal, so if you can maintain a daily calorie deficit of 500 kcal, you could lose over one kilogram in about half a month (since, along with fat, you also lose muscle and water weight, meaning your overall weight loss would theoretically exceed one kilogram).

just increase protein intake in your diet take around 1500 calories per day. Because without protein you will lose lot of muscle mass instead of fat you will get skinny fat

However, if you go on an extreme diet, it will be bad for your health and may cause hair loss and stomach problems. You need to consume sufficient protein, vitamins and carbohydrates, as well as a certain amount of high-quality fats. For example, beef, chicken, shrimp, broccoli, spinach, whole wheat bread, nuts, milk. Reduce the intake of snacks and fried foods, such as cakes, chocolate, and french fries.
