I dont get nightmares often anymore. I want nightmares to reduce what little fear I have left. I also heard that if you work out in dreams it can effect you physically. So if I need to fight, run or push any physical limits it might help me get buff (not all in one night but constantly doing so each night). Also the current dreams I have are pretty depressing and I would much rather have nightmares. Any method to get nightmares?
