I dont know if they moderate at all...

But I just remembered you could go on twitter, since Elon baught they even allowed Gypsy Crusader on there, so as long as you dont literally call for the extermenation of certain groups or just insult the whole time, I gues it should be fine

I signed up but did not see any streaming options. I think I would have to apply for it through personal channels.

You should probably have the stream on delay with a kill switch mechanism or something similar in case you stumble upon gore or porn accidentally, otherwise you will likely get banned on repeat offenses regardless of the platform.
