How can I convince my parents to let me do glp1 shots?

I’m 19 years old and my parents control everything that I do, my dad is a muh work hard type retard and isn’t okay with me getting weight loss shots but is okay with me getting anti psychotics injected into my arm.
I’ve so far convinced my mom but I’m waiting on my father to be convinced.
Btw I’m uber fat 240lbs at 5’9
