SryMyEnglish
Tired of being read only.

My vocabulary b shit even tho born in England

Very good tbh due to novel/book cope.

It depends on the situation.

In person, I sound so aspie because I'll use words which I came across in a Shakespearean book and my mind has recollection of those obscure words, resulting in me spontaneously throwing them into day-to-day conversation.

I'm decent at writing and understand texts, but I have no one to speak with. I sound quite autistic in my own language already, in english must be even worse.

Mine are good

Good compared to others in my area

How in the heck do you know how many words you know? My English is good.

so this thread was made in google translate?

English is my first language so above average.

I've read more English than Finnish.
I find reading Finnish difficult as the words are so goddamn long

Could probably speak in heavy-accent English due to audiobook and podcast coping and trying to pronounce stuff but only ever spoke a handful of sentences to other people.

Same as you, I understand everything, I have no issues with reading or listening to stuff with complex vocabulary and yet mine is extremely limited. I still dont really know when I should use past simple and when past perfect. Speaking is even worse.

It's ok, but i combine words too much which is usually incorrect in English.

It's above average in my opinion.

I forget even standard words constantly. I think I have brain damage.

I've been talking on the net since late 2015 but I presume my progress could have been faster if I was a NEET during all of this time. Anyway, took me 4 years to become proficient.

i know no grammar at all , because i never paid attention in school tbh .
But i learned by listening to music , watching movies and chatting on the internet .
id say my written english is pretty good but my spoken english lacks in some regards cause i sound like an autist .
i cant find the right answer in time .

english is technically my second language, but its very good because of bookcoping

i recently published an essay in a literary journal actually

I often have to repeat myself.

Better than most natives tbh :feelshmm:

Mine is better than native Portuguese ( which I don't use ). I can even pass as a kind of gringo with my English here. Though my Australian accent is disgusting.

Pretty good I think, but my pronuciation is garbage because I don't talk

I lack some vocabulary and grammar but I have no problem maintaining a random conversation

I am a native speaker, I dunno why I am here.

It's good, i know enough to be online and talk to other people

It's bad, but I'm trying to improve my english with anki and assimil...

I am a native speaker of English and have completed formal education which was taught in English; I would certainly assume that I am able to speak English.

i wanna fuck a broken english girl

i know how to write and read, but i barely had an oral conversation in years
my accent is already dumb in my native language, in english its probably trash anyway

My English skills are impeccable seeing as how I’m a riceburgercel

I understand, read and write it fairly well, but oh boy don't ask me to speak it.
