I've heard that being ND distorts your face because even if I try my best to present myself as a fellow normie I've done that many times in the past no one really took me serious.
I cannot keep an eye contact and do weird movements, no matter what I do I just can't do it.
It's very unfortunate because I don't want anyone to think that I am fucked in the head.

how does one stop exposing himself as a ND ? I think that it is literally impossible. Unless people accept you the way you are, no one will think of you as worth to be around, since they are either afraid or weirded out by you.

But there are ways to beat the system being ND

For example having a skill/talent

If you are a good artist, neurodivergence can be explained as a typical "eccentric trait" of artists, normies accept that artists are all a little crazy or strange

Then you can attract other artistic people too.

One thing is a talentless virgin sharing anime on social media and another is an artist who knows how to draw anime, both start from the same place but are on different scales of the social hierarchy.
