This is the wrong way to look at things. Western cultural norms before the 1960s were not only eugenic but also greatly reduced negative-sum intrasexual competition (mogging). In a society that practices absolute monogamy, the adversarial reproduction strategies of both genders are controlled (powerful men are limited to one woman, while women do not have the ability to cuck you). Of course, this is not a solution to Inceldom. But I would rather live and die as an Incel in America than in primitive Black Africa (which was one of the few places that allowed sexual freedom for both genders).

By welfare I mean a social safety net, things like disability benefits, unemployment insurance, things of that nature. Think The Great Society/New Deal programs.
Bill Clinton did streamline some of these things in the 90’s, but he vetoed other version that did actually end welfare. It was the right thing to do at the time, he was a great president.
And yes, Gavin Newsom and all decent Democrats are capitalist at heart. The ones that call themselves anything else I hate as much as any MAGA scum, belong in front of a firing squad.
