Many young NEETs who only started NEETing after high-school in the last 2-3 years are the ones who are the most fucked. They might have decided to stop being a NEET after doing it for the past 2-3 years, but then decided to do something, then coronavirus hit, and even though their chance of getting a job was low before (from being a NEET for awhile) now their chances of getting a job has been lowered 1000x.
