He's homeless in Silicon valley which I believe is the richest area in all of the united states and the entire western world.

Home to all the tech giants.

Lots of working class people make anywhere from $130-$200 after a full day of working and this homeless blackcel basically makes more than that in 3-5 hours of begging on the streets.
