I remember seeing other people in the mirror while looking myself and just noticing how much better they looked. This was before i knew about blackpill and allat lol.
You don't need to know about the blackpill to realize you're ugly. When you spend your life trying to make eye contact with people, and on the rare occasions when they do, you can see in their faces how much they're disgusted by you
