It's one of the few animes that does zombies like the west aka an apocalyptic scenario. If you don't like it then i recommend Zom 100: Bucket list of the dead

Yes, the point of that anime is echi. The relationship between Takagi Saya and Hirano Kōta is a win for fat otakus though.
