It has more to do with the fact that the insults people give us are largely true. "You're ugly" how do I respond to that? People have insulted my pERsonality as well and those insults have also been true. There is nothing I can say as a comeback without it sounding like I live in a delusion.
Yesterday some probably 13-14yos were playing retarded autotune music at he back of the bus and it was a 3hr ride. I thought if I'm gonna practice being less high inhib let me do it on middle schoolers. I called his music retarded and told him to turn it off, he didn't listen but he was a little intimidated and he changed the song I called retarded, and I was the only one to say something to him so I'm feeling proud.
