High inhib trait: mental justifications

As I go about my day I come up with constant justifications about what I am doing, in case I am confronted about it. For example, if I have headphones on, I create some answer about what I am hearing in case someone asks me (usually a lie, ex: an educational podcast). If I am walking aimlessly in public, I come up with a place I am supposedly going to (a friend's house). If I am using my cellphone, I would say I am reading something for school in it.
It never happened, people usually ignore me, but still, the idea of being confronted and not being able to answer properly, of being exposed doing something randomly, alone, out of a personal whim or individuality, generates great anxiety

I usually just lie on the spot, but yeah I do that sometimes

I do that too, always feel like i'm committing some type of crime by not being locked up inside my room.
