I want to lose my huge pot belly but not starve maxx and first lose muscle before losing fat which is what happened to me last time, all my effort building muscle only to lose it then igot joint pains in my hands because not strong enough to carry stuff and the strain was on the joints. I dont want to experience that again
 
High protein low carb diet

Fasted cardio for 20 mins a day 5x a week ( fasted cardio = first thing you do in the morning before eating, doesn't have to be high intensity but enough to raise your heart rate and make you breath rather heavily )

Take basic supps for muscle building
 
Cut out calories from carbs and fat but maintain or increase protein intake, also continue to workout.
