I was thinking about welfare too but since my parents were willing to house me feed me etc. I didn't qualify "we couldn't help you" is what they said

My parents did some things to me in my childhood I couldn't forgive them for that's why I wanna be left alone, but as of now they just don't wanna let me go with essentials

A low-income job and moving to a cheaper city is the safest way. Living off welfare will be difficult to impossible, depending on your state. As long as you can somehow manage doing a household, an own apartment will be a great improvement in your life. It won't change your incel-status but it's infinitely better than being an incel ON TOP of putting up with obnoxious parents.
