They require it, it's mandatory for going to school, uni, shopping malls. bars, restaurants etc. I got one cuz i had covid month and a half ago and got anti-bodies. Bulgaria is one of the few european countries where the majority of the people (around 70% here) are against the cuckcines and don't plan taking it. Even most medics refuse to take it. We had parliamentary elections in november and a nationalist anti-cuckcine anti-lockdown party made it into the parliament.
