I'm too dumb to figure this shit out (again) :feelsrope:. The graph of the function f (x) = a (x - 3) (x + k), where a and k are real numbers, is a parabola whose point T (5, -32) is the vertex. What is the value of the number k? A: -13, B: -7, C: 7 or D: 13? Help brocels

Here

a(x² - 3x + kx - 3k). X of the vertex = -b/2a, therefore (-k + 3/2) times a = 5. therefore -ka + 3a/2a = 5.

-ka + 3a = 10a.

-ka = 7a

-k = 7.

k = -7
