what do you use to meditate

theres nothing to be used..only your breath and mind.

But i do also Practice Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Yoga. Also kind of meditative

surgerymaxxing (if u have the guts and the $) would be around B tier ( depending how much in terms of SMV you actually gain from surgery it could be higher or lower)
