You can probably just slowly take away the cigarettes from your life.

Say you smoke 3 times a day (idk how much u smoke in a day, so this is just a guess). Maybe try only smoking 2 times a day for a bit.

Then, after a bit of that, try once a day, then finally stop smoking completely.

Idk if that will work but it's the best I can come up with.

You really should quit tho. About a year ago my mom had a heart attack at only 36.

Thankfully she survived but she very much could have died that day as 99% of her artery was blocked.
