This game kinda ripped off EDF. The dumb plot, the bug armies, The soldiers random yelling like "For democracy!" in Helldivers 2 and "EDF! EDF!" in EDF, and the general goofyness of both games.

Yeah but gameplay is much worse (running for hours on soulless proc gen map) and less fun (no city destruction physics) and weapons are are super generic
