Height and confidence

How could I appear more stock/confident with my height ? I'm really small (163 cm) but I do not really "feel" like it and I guess that's the point. Some people told me that if I swim, do cardio or

Nothing can be done, im 162cm. For men height is confidence. I will be 38 soon and people much younger call me kid.
