We can't use makeup or heels, even tho those where originally intended for male use, why did that change?

For millennia, from 4000 BCE through the 18th century, men traditionally used makeup in myriad ways. It wasn't until the mid-1800s that makeup was relegated to one end of the gender spectrum.
Literal cheat codes and men in the past threw them away, now society sees them as shit for females even if the original inventions where meant for both genders or just men. What a wasteHeeled shoes were originally worn by men, and have been found in the histories of 10th century Persian and 3500 BC Egyptian life. While this style of footwear was originally geared towards the needs of men, the 18th century saw women begin to adopt high heels into their fashion.
