No i dont and doctors in my country will just dismiss it as nothing dangerous like they did with my nose that is falling apart since birth, So no use going to the doctor because i dont get healthcare in norway.

How old are you? I've noticed a strange feeling with my heart last year, I'm 29 going on 30

lack of vitamins (found this out myself)
just get multivitamins or some shit

Thanks for the advice, I haven't been taking multivitamins for a while so it could be possible.

Same. I just ignore them

I get some too, on the left side 4” from the nipple. They only last like 1 minute or so.

Eat potassium rich foods like bananas, or get potassium supplement pills.

Maybe that's why mine went away, after I started taking a multivitamin every day and gymcelling

quacks no better here either. mine were dismissed until i had an episode in office.
afib with minor tachycardia

Palpations in my experience has been a lack of electrolytes, too much caffeine, not enough water.

Could also signify a magnesium/copper deficiency too

Address those problems and it'll be 80% chance it goes away

Fucking hate mini stroke palpations
