So the reason rape is bad is for 2 main reasons:
It is a violation against one's body, since the victim didn't say yes.
It causes lasting trauma.

Well, hearing others have sex is also traumatizing because:
I didn't consent to hearing these intimate sounds. So hearing it makes me feel very uncomfortable. It's like I'm being violated because I have to hear these sounds. Hearing these sounds is even worse as an incel.
It causes something like a trauma too. I know from my personal experience. After hearing these sounds, I remember those bad memories to this day, and thinking about it almost makes me panic.
