She said it to her husband. Clearly about me, as they both stared at me after the words left her mouth. The man then laughed and said something I couldn't hear, also clearly a joke.
Shortly before that, a middle aged man gave me death-stare.
I felt very sad when I heard it, I'm also sad now. I'm so used to hearing such things (or one of hundreds of variations of an insult, whether meant as one or not). But I'm sad every time, mostly sad and depressed, sometimes angry. I'm just so tired, no energy. It's not my fault that I look how I look.
