Just think about it. You can foodcope by only eating fried foods and sugary desserts each day, relax yourself by smoking cigarettes, and drink away your depression. Hopefully as a result, you suffer a massive heart attack before you turn 40 and avoid supreme oldceldom.

kind of doing this rigth now with my drugs and smoking addiction. Also I drink like 10 sodas a day. It's painful though and I'm always in pain. Right now my liver or kidney or something in my side stomach is hurting right now

We have to experience a great amount of pain until out existence is nothing but agony. We can achieve that state by hitting the gym brutally.
 
Or like Winston Churchill you can live into very old age. Obesity and boozing create health problems but they are unlikely to kill you by age 40.

I'm 37 and I feel a lot better mentally than I did at 27 or 17. Imagine getting over the metal hump of inceldom, but then being trapped in an unhealthy body.

Did you get diagnosed? Because the symptoms are pretty vague and a bunch of tests are needed (several people in my family had it so I know).

Legit I go to gym 5 days a week. But I need tesosterone to go 7 days

Eating healthy and exercising makes you feel and look good. Junk food and cigarettes only feel good momentarily, then you'll look and feel like crap for a long time.
 
I'm already a truecel. I don't think giving myself blood sugar problems and mobility pain from overloaded joints would make my life any better.

I don't like it because you will gradually become weaker, suffer more pain until you die slowly. If it didn't take a toll on my health and I would just randomly have heart attack by 40 I'd definitely do it.

Junk food is just incredibly overrated. You can make healthy good-tasting food very easily and quickly with modern kitchen appliances. It's also cheaper than junk food. The only problem is it's not always available on the go, but chances are if you can't deal with a bit of hunger until you get home, you're weak-willed genetic trash.
 
But you could also get cancer, aneurysm or diabetes, which suck big time. Also a heart attack hurts like hell and there are no guarantees of a quick death, you can survive it and then the doctors will make catheterism on you which sucks hard as well.

The best way to die is getting some soft disease like the flu and being already weak enough to die in your sleep just from it.
