Mf I can’t even have a normal conversation with anyone I can’t look anyone in the eyes for more than 2 seconds

Even people in my family noticed this and make fun of it

Is there anything I can do to better it without taking benzos or other drugs ?

SSRI's make me more socially awkward and clumsy because of making you detached. The only difference is that they make you stop obsessing over the situation afterwards.

Pne of the things you can do is practicing to socialize, and to try to not act like it. Probably would work but it would probably be tiring.
