Discussion Having less surges of emotion

As a neetcel, I barely talk and if possible, I do not say a single word the entire day. I've become very quiet and barely feel any surges of emotion like anger, only when I brutally lose chess games but they are few and far between but even then i calm down quickly.

Anyone here becoming more quiet and having less surges in emotion like I am?
