You are probably right but I've been nutting daily since I was 15-16 I just pray it has some level of impact.

I've been nutting around 2-4 times a day since age 16. Never went more than 2-3 days nofap in almost 3 years. Barely can go a day anymore. Hope it helps a bit for you tho
