I applied for 15 low entry positions back in 2019 and all of them got rejected/ghosted, if you got rejected you can narrow it down to two reasons:

1. Fucking employers don’t keep track of the posts they submit to the platform and they actually already hired somebody to fulfill the job/role

2. They don’t want to train niggas to fulfill roles so whoever applies must have 20 years of experience flipping burgers
