Discussion Have you ever known a famous person, and did you learn anything from the relationship?

I got to know on I guess an acquaintance level, a former NBA player. He was never an all star but did participate in a dunk contest and play in the NBA finals as a starter, so no scrub.

One thing I learned from him is that famous people are just like you and I. There are probably fewer than 5 celebrities that I would actually get excited enough to see in public where I would be tempted to ask for an autograph or a pic. Even the. I don’t think I would because it’s so intrusive. I think I would just respect them and pretend not to know who they are.

Yeah actually one person but I won't say who. I've seen other very famous people in public before but I never say anything to them or ask for pics/autographs. I just don't like it. People love to dick ride famous people. The only person I might ask an autograph or picture is Mike Tyson
