Every time I go outside and have to be around people my anger just increases. I feel on the defensive the whole time.

I have sworn at people who glare at me, shoulder barged cunts who take up the whole sidewalk (normally groups of foids) etc.

I think I would be better off as a mole living underground

I'm too autistic to express my emotions openly like that. Remember when I was still a child that I would sometimes get possessed by rage and start screaming and chase down some other kid. Wish I could go back to that. Now it feels impossible to just let go to such an extent.

I had many reasons to get mad in public (bullying and trauma). It's just not worth it.

Sometimes. I usually get angry when someone acts rude or start laughing because I think that they laugh at me.

Yes. I am quite big and naturally strong (like many fat people) and have often reacted violently if words do nothing. I once "accidentally" stumbled into a woman who talked shit about me and she fell down and was slightly injured and almost cried. Good feeling.

This is one of the reasons I want to permanently geomax out of the west. Most places in the world, you can express anger in public! And this usually leads to the anger being resolved safely. In the west, expressions of anger are literally crimes (disturbing the peace, disorderly conduct), and people will give you no fucking inch if you express anger, and will call the cops on you. You end up bottling all this anger up and doing passive-aggressive shit like cutting people off in traffic, ignoring people who need help, etc.
