Have you ever encountered a redditor in real life?

I can't confirm it but I suspect one of my coworkers may be a redditor. He speaks a bit like this guy (but in Spanish), uses a lot of irony, self deprecating jokes, etc. Also he always wears a face mask even if the pandemic is over and is usually a loner but when we talk he's chill. Funny how reddit is one of the most (in)famous websites on the internets but then it's kinda difficult to find redditors in real life. Maybe in America it's different.

There's a bartender who was babbling to a customer about being angry about something on reddit once. This was back when the pushshift api meant you could easily search for exact strings in comments. So, I found the comment and based on other comments made like for example about pets and even the car she drives, I was able to determine it was definitely her.

She has a pretty standard foid life. She has posts about how guys fuck her and then don't call her, she has posts about hating men because they're immature/assholes. There's even one about her getting shitfaced and when she woke up, a guy was fucking her.

It never occurs to any of these women that all of the issues they encounter are a result of the fact that they are all dating the same 10% of men. "Why don't men value me??" - it's because you're not valuable to them, you retard! There's a line of bitches just like you that goes all the way around the block. You're just a name in his phone. Why would he value you??

Anyway, I stopped going in there. Wasn't a great bar anyway. But it was so surreal for her to say "how was your week" and I'm like, "fine how was yours" and she'd go, "oh it was fine, only thing that happened was that I got an A on a test" and meanwhile I'm looking a her account and it's like "am I the asshole for not letting a guy stay in my room after we fucked? I didn't even know his name" - that shit was blowing my mind because it was like I don't even live on the same planet as these people.

I know some of my friends in highschool used reddit but they were just slightly annoying nerd types (the ones you'd see playing table top warhammer 40k or DND) and not pretentious fucks or soyfags. They probably just used Reddit for gaming subs and porn like me

A guy in my middle school class did it too. He was also a weeb who said "baka" and other Japanese random words. And quoted poorly pronounced English memes so sometimes I wouldn't understand what was he talking about. I wonder where he is now.
