Good animation, i liked the fight choreography. Extremly dull characters though, plot is pretty much non-existent and im pretty sure they put in a troon at the end of the last episode.
They tried to catch the same fanbase that watched tokyo revengers (im not sure about the name it was mid af).
Unless you are talking about the korean webcoming windbreaker about the cyclists. Havent read that one but it has some really good art later on.
