Has anyone here tried Cajun food

Absolutely. One of my Mom's Cajun friends gifted her some homemade Gumbo for Christmas and it was immaculate. That was 12 years ago at this point, but I'll never forget the divine taste

Cajun food is great! Eating is one of the most fun things to do on vacation in Louisiana (went there once to visit family)
