Has anyone here done MARPE

Ik this isn't org but I hate that website. My palate is subhuman level narrow. I never smile and barely open my mouth when talking. I can't stand it anymore. Might get MARPE when I'm like 25. But I'm afraid it will make my face longer, specifically the philtrum.

If anyone here has had it, can you share if it helped you overall or nah.

Ppl w narrow maxilla always complain about that, I don't really think I've noticed issues. Maybe I'll notice the difference when my airways actually expand. But my voice is very nasally and weak so I definitely do have awful airways. You can tell my nose is thinner than what it should be.
