Why do you care so much about NoFap? I don't think that adhering to NoFap is worth causing irreparable damage to your body through alcohol usage.

If giving yourself ED by drinking beer is possible, it would likely come with severe side-effects from the amount of alcohol consumption required (people don't get ED from just moderate amounts of alcohol).

Your life probably won't change much whether you can masturbate or not (calling yourself a beta because you masturbate is just a moral judgement rather than a practical impact), so I don't think the risks are worth it.
