My dick has been extremely itchy and burning inside (urethra).

What do?

go get checked at urologist for UTI and get meds before that shit becomes unbearable

Nope, I thought only women get that type of thing

I live in america and don't have health insurance so I can't see a urologist.

Best I can do is go to the ER then deal with the $5,000 bill later.

Buy a urine container first. (sterile urine specimen cup). piss in it. Then first go to general medical practitioner (house doctor), cheaper than hospital. Make a call first and ask what it costs. Don't be ashamed they see this every day.

Mild irritation from soaps and hygiene products
The urethral opening can sting if the skin and mucosa get exposed to harsh soaps, shower gel, bubble bath, intimate washes, deodorants, scented wipes, or strong detergents left in underwear. These can dry out or inflame the delicate tissue at the tip of the penis, causing burning during or right after urination even without an infection.

Friction and minor micro-trauma
The urethra can become irritated by friction from masturbation, vigorous sex-like activity without adequate lubrication, frequent rubbing from tight clothing, or long periods of cycling. Tiny surface abrasions around the urethral meatus can make urine feel sharp or burning until the tissue calms down.

Dehydration and concentrated urine
When you’re dehydrated, urine becomes more concentrated and can feel “hotter” or more irritating as it passes through the urethra. This can cause burning, especially first thing in the morning, and often improves with steady fluids and less caffeine/alcohol.

Temporary irritation after a minor stone or crystals
A very small kidney stone or gritty crystals can scrape or inflame the urinary lining as they pass, sometimes causing brief burning, urgency, or a little blood that may be too small to see. The discomfort can linger for a short time after the stone fragment has already moved on.

Local skin inflammation at the tip or under the foreskin
If the skin at the tip is irritated or inflamed (for example from moisture, sweat, mild fungal overgrowth, or sensitivity), urine contact can sting. This is more noticeable if there is redness, itching, tenderness, or irritation around the opening or under the foreskin.

Pelvic floor tension and referred urethral discomfort
Tight or irritated pelvic floor muscles can create urinary burning or pressure sensations that feel like they come from the urethra even when urine tests are normal. This can be triggered by stress, prolonged sitting, heavy lifting, or clenching, and may come with hesitancy or a “can’t fully relax” feeling when peeing.

Urinary tract infection that’s spreading upward
A bladder infection in men is less common than in women, but it can happen, and it’s more concerning if you also develop fever, chills, feeling very unwell, or flank/back pain, which can suggest kidney involvement (pyelonephritis) and needs prompt medical care.

An obstructing kidney stone with infection
A stone can block urine flow from the kidney (ureteral obstruction). If blockage is combined with infection, it can worsen quickly and become an emergency—typical warning signs are severe side/back pain plus fever/chills, worsening illness, vomiting, or appearing very sick.

Acute bacterial prostatitis
This is an infection/inflammation of the prostate that can cause burning with urination along with pelvic/perineal pain, urinary hesitancy, and sometimes urinary retention, plus systemic symptoms like fever, chills, nausea/vomiting, and malaise.

Urinary blockage from urethral narrowing or another obstruction
A urethral stricture (scar-related narrowing) can cause pain with urination along with a weak/spraying stream, straining, incomplete emptying or recurrent UTIs; severe blockage can lead to inability to pass urine and needs urgent evaluation.

When to treat it as urgent
Go to urgent care or the ER the same day if you have fever or chills, flank/back pain, vomiting, can’t pee or are only passing drops, feel faint/confused, or see significant blood—those patterns raise concern for a more serious infection or obstruction (small kidney stone).

Thanks for all that info bro. I'm wondering if it could have been a kidney stone but being that its been going on 10 days i doubt it.

I also excessively masturbate (6-8 times a day) but never had a problem before.

I live in the US so I can't go to any doctor besides the ER since the wait times will be months and I have no insurance. (ER can't deny treatment if I walk in there)

drink cranberry juice twice a day and drink a lot of water maybe that will help

I never got a dick problem.

Im coping rn and im saying teen sexhavers just have pus leaking out their dicks and pussies

a lot of water

yeah

A glass of cranberry juice a day if you can afford it

And clean pure water is really good idea. Yellow acid urine is irritating as such even without irritating other cause. But don’t drink more than a few liters. To much is also dangerous. Two glasses per hour.

my weener has phimosis. if that counts

yes my dick is infected with a severe lack of pussy

It was self induced but one time i accidentally spilled a drop pure tea tree oil on my dick and it was inflamed and sore for nearly half a year, the first 3 months was terrible.

What do?
What did you put your dick inside of? If it's something like a pillow you should be good in a few days, just urinate a lot to filter it out

It's on the inside not outside. Idk if I got e. coli from not washing my underwear enough or what.

Going to the ER tomorrow morning.

Fucking brutal. Did you tell the doctor you fucked a sex doll? What did they do?

How did that happen? Also hi @Max Doltman

The worse thing that’s ever happened to my penis is when it’s become itchy due to not moisturizing it often

I doubt I’ll have to worry about getting a infection on my penis anytime soon…

I told them it was from some dirty tpe and she gave me meds to get rid of the hives and I was out the next day because they had to monitor me

Man USA is shit :feelsclown:

chop it off. you won't need it anyway.

Yes, my dick used to have long episodes where it would burn when I peed and would have discharge all the time. It would usually pass or mostly disappear for months at a time, it happened a lot in early puberty for me. It stopped when I was finally brought to the hospital, and I remember feeling on the verge of passing out the whole way there. When I finally got onto the bed and was about to pass out while they started fixing whatever was wrong, I remember one of the young foid nurses saying something about how my testes were very small. I was about to pass out and the last thing I heard was her saying I had a small dick, I would've been 14-15. It never even began.

Well what was the diagnosis?

Doesnt really cause testicle atrophy, a nurse wouldnt comment to you about your testicles did a doctor check afterwards?
She wasn't commenting to me, they assumed I was basically out of it at that point since I was closing my eyes, it was very late when we got to the hospital. It was an offhanded comment to I think another nurse. I doubt it was meant to be an important analysis. A doctor did check it out at another clinic a week or so later, he just looked at my dick and balls with some gloves and said it was now fine from a health perspective, like no discharge or damage or infection. So I don't have a micro or anything as far as I know, I'm about 3 inches hard.

Yeah again, I don't think it was meant to be a medical observation. Just a subtly snarky remark. I'm sure you're well aware of the ran through highschool Stacy > nurse phenomena. Never met a foid nurse who wasn't either an angry and condescending post wall post menopausal psychopath or a passive aggressive young bitch.
