Discussion Has anyone else got detached from reality for a long time?

I snapped back into reality last month maybe, but I spent over 6 months without caring about anything in life and just rotting. That makes u forget there is a whole world out there that keeps moving. Very scary stuff.

I still find it hard to stick to my own reality when I compare myself with others all the time, but I don't wanna die without having my own life :/

yes. I wouldn't wish it on anybody. Staying in your head too much is dangerous. On the other hand, I'm at a point of awareness where human interactions are useless and I see them rather as NPC game dialogues.
