honestly he does look better than before it's just the fact that one surgery fucked up that sucks (the eye surgery the guy had in the video) , seems like overall those surgeries work you just have to be careful with the type of surgery you go for.

idk i did a gyno surgery for 5k eur and i'm fine , my surgeon was in the heart of paris.

People have unrealistic expectations for hardmaxxing. The best transformations are due to correcting failos rather than making halos. If you are average across the board surgerymaxxing is gonna do far less for you than someone with above average features with the exception of 1 or 2 large failos.

Very expensive too, in regards to both time and money. Surgeries are done on an operating table, not photoshop, so there's always a chance something goes wrong or results don't match with expectations.

Yeah,doing anything on the face is way different. Can go wrong much easier. Even if you don't get infected or something for example,your results can look like shit anyways

This dude researched his eye surgeon and went to the best of the best and he still got botched because he upsold him using his way of words and con artistery, a very dangerous eye cosmetic surgery to make few extra bucks.
