I just went to an online dating site for people with a handicap. I thought I might find an Aspie woman that could understand why I am so wired and unable to communicate with her like a normal person.

What can I say...juggernaut law is 100% true. The site is FULL with men that specify that their handicap is: "none". They all hope that at least a disabled foid will give them a chance. It appears to be worse there than Tinder.
