For someone who hasn’t got much experience and is weak, would you recommend high weight and low reps (6-8) or low weight and high reps (10-12)
 
I usually do 12-15 reps but I look like shit so I probably don't know.
 
High reps because there is lower risk of injury
 
High weight. Pump until failure on final set
 
FULL weight FULL reps

 
Depends on what your goal is

High weight low rep if you wanna strengthmaxx

High rep low weight if you wanna build muscle
