Sorry for not making one of these on the weekend, was relaxing and didnt really think about it. Ate kinda bad since on the weekends i dont have access to healthy food.

No more bad food. Over the weekend, my family went out and bought healthier food for me. For my lunches, instead of soda and sweets, I am drinking only water now instead of soda. Instead of all that unhealthy shit, I am constantly eating better. My lunch tomorrow is:

-Fresh salad I made (carrots, lettuce, radishes)
-Italian Vinaigrette (80 calories, least calories I could of gotten in my house for ranch.)
-Trail Mix (Only sweet thing I have in my lunch)
-Water
-Whole Apple

I plan to personally make my lunches healthy, and learn to like it. After workouts,
I will either drink some of the workout supplements (to give protein), or if it isnt too late, eat something like pasta or bread. I asked my brother for help, and he said after workouts you should eat things with carbs, and meats aswell to help get protein to rebuild muscle. I also decided to take cold showers from now on. This will help to keep me more alert, and I plan to take hot showers only after workouts so it would soothe my muscles, and encourage me to workout so I can get a nice warm shower. Cold showers should also help me not masterbate, as I always see people doing nofap saying to take cold showers, so that should be a added bonus. My workout schedule is figured out aswell. I workout Monday - Thursday, take a break Friday, workout Saturday, and take a break Sunday. Basically, I workout everyday except Friday and Sunday. My days will switch from running on the treadmill, to doing arm shit and running on treadmill. On Saturday, I have a full gym available so I can work on everything. I have school tomorrow, and I hope me doing all this stuff will pay off.

TL;DR I got better food and figured out workout schedule.

No. You should consume arginine after the training, due to being low in blood sugar your body will release more growth hormones.

I weigh 260lbs

Nice, brocel, but do you keep track of your protein intake?

It is really good that you hit the gym that frequently but why do you want to do the treadmill?

are they really worth it? I don't take any supplements as I always thought they wouldn't make a significant difference

Whatever it takes.

I don't take any supplements as I always thought they wouldn't make a significant difference

They are supplements. It is an addition on top of that of what you eat normally. Yo ueat brutally and o ntop of that some good supplements as well. Some weightgainer, some creatine monohydrate.

I eat about 5k calories every day, I have no room for weight gainer
I tried creatine but it bloats me up so bad, I feel like as long as it is not roids it isn't even worth taking

Dont know what that is, only using what i have available to me.

I dont, I just do stuff in moderation. One glass of protein powder after workout should do the trick or the other foods i mentioned. Look this up, im no health guy.

I do the treadmill to help me lose weight and to improve my leg muscles.

They might make a difference, dont use them all the time though, only sometimes. I use a preworkout for energy (I dont use this all the time since it says I should be 18, and last time I used it I felt like if I didnt workout I would of died) and a postworkout protein powder that gives me 8g of protein.
Ive also been breaking out since ive been working out.

Going to check labels to make sure this isnt a side effect. If it is, im laying off the shit for a while or using less.

brocel, I feel like you aren't getting enough protein
protein shakes alone won't cut it, add meat and eggs, and get at least 0.7 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight

I should gymmax this week, I dont go on the weekends because it closes early and i'm a lazy faggot

I tried creatine but it bloats me up so bad

And you also need to drink more. This is good.

I would really want to go on some IGF 1 though.

Do you take any hormones?

I would really like to get some IGF 1 but currently, no.

I do the treadmill to help me lose weight and to improve my leg muscles.

What is your target? If you want to gain leg muscles, how about doing hack squat machine or leg press instead of treadmill?

Like I said, im switching it up soon probably. I dont have money for that either, so im doing what I can.

I dont have those machines, im not trying to be excellent, but im trying to lose weight. I dont have a target really, maybe get down to 200. Last I checked my weight it was 215, and im going to measure it in a few days.

postworkout protein powder that gives me 8g of protein
You want to be hitting 100-150g of protein total per day, preferably separated into 5 meals a day with 20-30g of protein each, though that's not as important as hitting your overall total.

Oof. Ouch. 215 is a pretty tough starting weight if you're less than 6 feet tall. It's good that you don't have a set long-term weight goal. It can really mess with your head when you hit that goal and don't look as good as you would've liked. The first time I hit mine, I was skinny-fat with loose skin after expecting to look normal for so long. It was a nightmare. Right now, I'm around that exact same weight -- lost more fat, gained muscle, got loose skin clipped off by a plastic surgeon -- and right now, my body fits pretty well in the "swimmer body" category.

Again, please lift weights while you're losing weight, and be serious about it. Skinny-fat is real and it's a hellish hole to get out of. The worst of being skinny and the worst of being fat, simultaneously, and you can't decide which problem to address first. (The answer is fat, by the way.)

Yes, i like to get multiple scoops of protein and mix it in, what flavour do you eat, I've recently switched to vanilla and i will mix in other things soon like oats and stuff

Couldnt go today cause I don't have a car :feelsrope:

I usually consume chocolate flavour.

Nice brag here. Also you should tell your sister that she is not allowed to drive nor touch a car. It is emasculating.

How successful is this in terms of being taken more seriously by normies and foids alike? Every Olympics foids cream over swimmer bodies, but I suspect they just mean the ones that are attached to Chad faces like Ryan Lochte.

Physique is more of an attractiveness multiplier than an addition. It compliments good height, face, and frame extremely well, but an incel-tier LVM isn't going to get the same SMV benefits. For being taken seriously, you need to wear tight-fitting clothes to complement it, since although it is more muscular than average, a swimmer body lacks bulk, which means you just look skinny in loose or baggy clothes. If you live in an Anglosphere country where the global obesity epidemic is at its worst, you're going to have a hard time finding clothes that fit you. Personally, I have to get shirts from the kids' section or deliberately shrink adult smalls in the clothes dryer just to have a shirt that doesn't sag around my waist -- despite being stronger and more muscular than most gym regulars.
