I cant describe how much it ruined me. I bought a gym membership for 1000 dollars including sessions with a private trainer in july, my dad payed for it all and it was his idea from the start. The first 6 sessions was supposed to be with a private trainer. I only went to the gym ONCE and it was so suifuel i got mogged by everyone, I was the shortest, ugliest and most skinny. The private trainer was giga chad but he was very kind and i couldnt do shit in the gym i barely could do one push up and he had to help me then i did a few while i was on my knees and this was infront of everyone in the gym HUMILIATING. The only thing i could do was a few situps easy then i told him my stomach hurts and i need to go home i have never been back since then. He messaged me and called but i blocked his number. When i think of this i want to rope.

This personal trainer was very very kind to me, i guess he felt sorry for me.I had the same experience in the gym the first time I went. It is very brutal and sui fuel. I don't go so much to the gym anymore I rather go to swimming since trying to lose fat. I do gym exercises at home.

I dont know if gymmaxing is for me. Im sure i have shitty genetics for that anyway also you need to be super motivated to gymmax cause of eating well,sleeping well and training well. Also im short as fuckif ur open to suggestions i suggest u get ur refund and built a gym at ur home ( no Chads or Stacys would be looking at you in that case ) its gonna be hard to stay commited to working out in the first days but trust me it will worth it (i can link you some simple programs u can download for free that will help you get ripped) btw i had a terrible experience myself too in the gym its the most sickening place in earth.just START MARCHING BY THE BEAT OF UR OWN DRUM AND FUCK EVERYBODY ELSE

Usually I take two days to rest then do the light work out on the 3rd day, then take another two day break and do the heavy work out on the 6th day.They (kinda) do if you're natty.
